Sunset Cocktails After the Yes

Scot wrote to us almost a month before he and his bride-to-be landed on Santorini. He knew what he wanted: a sunset proposal, privately, and then a proper celebration — not a quick toast and back to the hotel. So we built the evening around our cocktail package and kept the terrace theirs for the whole of it.

She said yes with the sun still above the water. What followed was one of those evenings this island does best — music, photographs, laughter carrying over the caldera, and the signature cocktails coming out one after another. A photographer worked quietly through the golden hour while the two of them simply enjoyed being engaged, with the old port of Fira and the Aegean as their backdrop.

Because everything was pre-ordered — the cocktail concept, the music, the photographer's timing — nothing on the night needed deciding, paying for or waiting on. Scot's only job was the question; ours was everything around it.
