Privacy Policy

The data controller for this website is the venue itself: ΑΙΩΝ — Santorini Wedding Venue ("Santorini Venue"), Fira, Thira, Santorini, Greece 84700. For anything in this policy, write to Info@SantoriniVenue.com.

What we collect, and where from

This is a static website. It has no user accounts, no shop and no comment sections. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us:

• The contact form — your name, email address, phone number and the details of your event (date, type of celebration, number of guests, and whatever you write in your message).
• WhatsApp — if you tap a WhatsApp button, the conversation happens inside WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own privacy terms; we receive only the messages you send us there.

What we use it for

One thing: replying to you and planning your event. Your details let us answer your enquiry, hold a conversation about your date, and prepare the evening you book. We do not send newsletters, we do not add you to marketing lists, and we never sell or trade your data to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

As of 2026 this site sets no analytics cookies and runs no visitor tracking. If we ever add an analytics tool, we will update this policy first and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Who sees your details

Our small family team, and the technical providers that host our website and email. Nobody else — unless you ask us to share details with a vendor you are booking (a planner or photographer, for example), in which case we share only what you approve.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we need it to answer you and to arrange the event we discussed. If you would like it deleted sooner, one email is enough.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask us at any time to access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or hand it over in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email Info@SantoriniVenue.com and we will act on it promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
