We could publish a directory of every wedding supplier on Santorini. We would rather not. A list flatters everyone and helps no one — what actually matters is which photographer suits a two-person elopement at dusk, which florist works well on a terrace with sea wind, which musician knows when to stop playing and let the sunset have the room. Those are matches we make in conversation, not in a table of logos.
So this page works the honest way: tell us what your evening needs, and we will introduce you to people we have stood next to on this terrace and trust. After twenty years in the Santorini wedding industry, the people still beside us are here because they deliver, evening after evening.
Do you need a wedding planner to book ΑΙΩΝ?
No — the venue is bookable directly, and it is also booked through wedding planners; both routes get the same terrace, the same flat rates and the same family. Our own staff assist with on-the-day coordination: timings, the table, the music system, the small emergencies nobody remembers afterwards.
For a full wedding — ceremony, reception, photography, paperwork, guests arriving from three countries — we genuinely recommend hiring a planner. A good planner carries the logistics so that you carry nothing, and we work hand in hand with the trusted local planners our couples choose. Couples planning a marriage proposal sometimes work with specialist proposal planners in the same way; for simpler proposals and dinners, our team plus your ideas is usually enough.
Who can we introduce you to?
Photographers. The terrace faces the sunset square-on, and the photographers we recommend know its light hour by hour — where to stand for the ring moment, when the caldera turns from gold to rose.
Videographers. Film crews have worked ΑΙΩΝ before: when Grace and Brennan married here, their wedding film was made by Santorini Films — you can see that evening in their portfolio page.
Florists. From a single bouquet waiting on the table to arch flowers and petals for a proposal, we point you to florists whose work holds up in open air above the Aegean.
Musicians. A guitarist for the ceremony, a violinist for dinner, or a playlist through our own music system — all three happen here regularly, and we know who to call.
Celebrants. For symbolic ceremonies and vow renewals we can point you to celebrants who speak your language, literally and otherwise.
None of these introductions cost you anything, and none are paid placements — that is exactly why the names are not printed here. Ask us and we will connect you with people we trust for your specific evening, alongside your venue rental package.
How the introductions work
Write to us with your date and the shape of your event — elopement, proposal, dinner, full wedding. We reply with venue availability and, where you want them, introductions to the right people for each role. You speak with them directly and decide for yourselves; we coordinate with whoever you choose so the day runs as one plan, not five.
