AION's private terrace in Fira starts at €500 for one hour — among the lowest venue rental prices on Santorini, and the same figure in August as in February. Three packages: Ormos (1 hour, from €500), Aion (2 hours, from €900) and Obsidian (3 hours with the ceremony arch, from €1,300). All include exclusive use of the terrace, staff, WiFi, a white-clothed table, restroom, music system and champagne with glasses. Rescheduling is free.

Venue rental only, and the same figure in July as in February — we do not run a high-season price. Dinner, drinks and decoration are quoted separately so you only pay for what you actually want. Final rates are confirmed in writing when you send us your date.
Three lengths of the same evening
Every package books the same private terrace on the caldera side of Fira — what changes is how long the evening is yours. One hour is enough for a proposal and a toast. Two hours adds local wine and room to breathe. Three hours is the full ceremony: arch, curtains, dinner light to star light.
We are a Santorini family with more than twenty years in the wedding industry, and we price the venue the way we would want to be priced: one flat rate, all year. Most venues on the island raise prices from June to September; ours do not move. If you need to change your date, that costs nothing either.
Compare that with what else is quoted on this island. Private-hire rates on the caldera run roughly €300 to €1,000+ an hour, depending far more on address and fame than on the evening you actually get — and most venues add a summer surcharge on top. We start at €500, and that figure is the same in July as in February.
The packages
Aion — 2 hours
The signature package. Everything in Ormos, held for two hours, plus:
- 1 litre of local white wine
- 1 litre of local red wine
Santorini's volcanic-soil wines, poured as the sky turns. Two hours is the length most couples pick: enough for the ceremony and the light going down behind it.

Obsidian — 3 hours
The full ceremony evening. Everything in Aion, held for three hours, plus:
- Ceremony arch with white curtains
Time enough for a ceremony, a reception dinner and the stars coming out — the terrace stays yours from the golden hour to full dark.

What is not in the venue price
We keep the rental fee clean so you can see it. Three things sit on top of it, and each is optional:
- Dinner — à la carte on the night, or pre-booked from the meal packages built with Chef Iosif of Lomvranos Restaurant.
- Drinks — welcome drinks from €20 per person per hour, open-bar concepts €25–€45 per person per hour, every extra hour €15 per person. Full detail on the drinks packages page.
- Decoration and extras — fairy lights, candles, flowers, fountain fireworks. Added to your rental as options rather than sold as a fixed bundle, so you pay for the ones you actually want.
Chairs for a ceremony of up to 30 guests and umbrellas for shade are provided at no extra charge. There is no cake-cutting fee, no corkage on the wine we pour, and no minimum spend on food.
Ceremonies, proposals and dinners on one terrace
For wedding ceremonies of up to 30 guests we provide chairs, and umbrellas for shade before the sun softens. After the ceremony the same terrace is reset for your reception dinner — one long table, white cloths on chairs and tables included.
Marriage proposals work differently: they are tailor-made, and instead of separate proposal packages we add options onto your venue rental — fairy lights, candles, flowers, and fireworks or fountain fireworks. See proposals at ΑΙΩΝ and fireworks proposals.

Why couples pick this venue over the cliff-top ones
We are on the caldera, but close to the water — not five hundred steps above it. Guests arrive by an easy walk, by the cable car, or by boat to the old port; grandparents and children manage it without drama. Some venues on the cliff charge four figures an hour and still share their sunset with a crowd. Ours is yours alone. How much does it cost to rent the venue in Santorini?
At ΑΙΩΝ, from €500 for one hour, €900 for two and €1,300 for three with the ceremony arch. That is the venue rental — the terrace, exclusively, with staff, table, music, restroom and champagne. Dinner and drinks are quoted separately so nothing is bundled into a number you cannot check.
Do prices go up in summer?
No. June to September costs the same as any other month. We keep it that way so planners and couples can book without surprises — it is the single most common reason couples tell us they chose us.
Is this cheap for Santorini?
It is among the lowest venue rental prices on the island, and deliberately so. We would rather host more couples at a fair rate than fewer at a famous one. What we do not do is discount the evening itself: same staff, same exclusivity, same terrace, whatever you paid.
What is the deposit, and is it refundable?
Tell us your date and we confirm the booking terms in writing with the rate. Rescheduling is free, which is the part most couples actually need.
Can we see the venue before booking?
Of course — write or call and we will arrange a visit, or a video walk-through if you are booking from abroad. Consultation costs nothing either way.
