The evening after the question
Every engagement deserves one evening that is only about the fact of it. Whether the proposal happened here, on a clifftop, or back home a month ago, an engagement dinner draws the line under the asking and starts the celebrating: the terrace to yourselves, glasses that stay filled, and the caldera doing what it does at dusk. Nobody hurries the toasts, because nobody else is coming.
It scales to the truth of the moment. Some couples want exactly two chairs and a quiet table; others fly the families in and fill the long table with everyone who has been waiting for this phone call. Up to 30 guests, the terrace holds the party without ever sharing it.
Cocktails first, dinner after
The engagement evening has a natural running order: a cocktail hour at the rail while the light is gold — the drinks packages cover welcome pours, signature cocktails and a full open bar — then the long table, with the menu built by Chef Iosif of Lomvranos Restaurant from the meal packages or à la carte. White cloths included, dietary needs of every kind accommodated, and the fairy lights carrying the party after dark.

The terrace has practice at this exact evening.
