Can foreigners get married in Santorini?
They can, and they do — couples from abroad marry legally on this island every season. A civil wedding in Greece is a ceremony performed under Greek law, and once it is done and registered, your marriage is real: not a performance to repeat at home, but the wedding itself, held above the Aegean instead of in a registry office with strip lighting.

How does the paperwork side work?

What happens at ΑΙΩΝ on the day?
Everything the paperwork was for. Your guests — up to 30 — take their chairs facing the water, with umbrellas up if the sun is still high. The officiant stands with you under the arch if you have booked the Obsidian package, white curtains moving in the caldera air. Vows, rings, the signature that makes it official, applause. Then, while you are photographed against the sunset, we reset the terrace for the reception: one long table, white cloths, candles, and dinner by Chef Iosif of Lomvranos Restaurant. Ceremony and celebration on one terrace — nobody re-parks, nobody transfers, nobody misses the light.
